Contract Review -- We can review, draft, or negotiate contracts, from the most routine to unique multi-million dollar agreements, in a cost-effective manner. We will assume any role that you direct, whether that's serving as the focal point for negotiations or a back-office reviewer. We will gladly undertake tasks such as reviewing and standardizing your form agreements.

To the limited extent that Oklahoma provides for recognition of attorney specialty certifications, we are not aware of any certifications that are relevant to our practice and do not claim to have legal specialist certifications of any type.

Compliance Programs -- Whether you need to develop a formal compliance program or merely want a presentation on particular compliance issues, we will be glad to assist. Our commitment to and interest in compliance is such that we will provide a free presentation on compliance programs to any in house legal, regulatory, or compliance department in the Springfield, Missouri area. Joe Miller formerly served as Chief Compliance Officer -- Interstate Gas Pipelines, for ONEOK Partners, a Tulsa-based interstate energy company. He also served as the ONEOK/ONEOK Partners Chief Compliance Officer for Federal Communications Commission matters.
